Our Story

We’re a small family owned business based in Renton, WA. Like most people we spent the winter and spring of 2020 at home. To beat the boredom, we spent our days crafting and bonding as a family. After awhile we realized we kept going back to one specific craft - candle making. We filled our home with the most aromatic and delicious handcrafted fragrance oils and played with a variety of waxes. We found so much joy in learning the science behind a scent throw and making candles that filled the room with fragrance until the last drop. Initially we were just making them for our home and to give as gifts and then requests started rolling in. Next thing we knew, we’d started a business - officially launching on July 18th 2020! Now after over 4 years in business we are still actively learning and perfecting our craft and occasionally adding new products - catch us at a market to try our body butter and bath bombs! & sometimes one of the girls might toss a handmade bracelet into a package.

This fun side hustle has been a great way for us to stay connected as we continue to learn and perfect our craft. Thank you for being apart of the journey!

Our Name

We get asked about our name quite often and its very simple - it’s a combination of Kadence and Karleigh, our two older daughter’s names.

All of our products are made with 100% natural soy wax sourced in the United States. Each item is scented with phthalate free fragrance and essential oils. Our candles are made with natural cotton wicks that have been hand dipped into our natural soy wax to create that ultimate melt point in our candles.  Our goal is to create well fragranced, natural candles for families to enjoy in their home. Our candles are all hand poured in small batches and quality is our top priority. As a small business looking to grow, our number one priority is making our customers satisfied.
